Excellent location. Comfy bed. Decent room and breakfast. Access to hotel terrace with a view of Empire State Building.

Felt so taken care of, no complaints at all.

Awesome room size with a fantastic shower. The bed was super comfy too!. Perfect location, close to the subway and within walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast bagels were delicious and a great way to start the day.

The noise from the street was quite noticeable, so earplugs would be handy. The cocktails at the Metro Grill were not good, the staff needs more training in mixology.

We had a really great stay here. It was convenient and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with superfriendly staff and exceptional location close to everything. There were yogurt, cereals and muffins at breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and had a lovely classic charm. The staff at check-in were pleasant and helpful. The location was fantastic, with easy access to attractions like the Empire State Building and Broadway. There were plenty of cafes and food options nearby, and the hotel was close to a subway station for convenient transportation around the city. The breakfast spread was great, with a choice of bread, pastries, fruits, yogurt.

We had an amazing time staying at Kixby. The location was perfect, just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and Times Square. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooftop bar offered amazing views of the Empire State Building. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Kixby to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The bar area and restaurant are also nearby, providing plenty of dining options. guests can easily access the subway station after a busy day in Manhattan for a quick and convenient return to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a stylish decor. The bathroom offers great water pressure in the shower, ensuring a refreshing experience. The staff is accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service.

One downside is that the breakfast options are limited, with only a bagel/muffin and a drink available.

The location was perfect for exploring the city's major attractions. I was impressed by the cleanliness and amenities in the room, especially the well-equipped coffee making equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay nice. I can't wait to come back to this hotel when I return to the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Convenient location near Empire State Building, Macy's, subway, and Penn Station. Enjoyed a free upgrade to spacious rooms with comfy beds. The rooms were spotlessly clean upon return each evening. Appreciated the large, powerful shower and plentiful hot water. Amenities included a fridge and coffee/tea machine.

The Kixby Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The bed was comfortable, the room was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. The shower was fantastic and the coffee maker with daily restocked coffee pods was a great touch. The mini fridge stocked with complementary welcome beverages was a pleasant surprise. The decor in the hotel was stylish and modern. I had a wonderful stay at the Kixby Hotel.

We loved the central location of this hotel - right beside the subway for an easy F train trip back to base. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the doorman who took care of our cases on our final day until we had to leave for the airport. The room amenities were fantastic, including an iron and tea and coffee facilities. There was even a terrace for enjoying the cityscape views! The continental breakfast was just what we needed to start the day.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being close to Penn Station and within easy walking distance to Times Square. It's in a great spot to explore all of the nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a coffee machine and mini fridge. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. Plus, the rooftop bar offers amazing views of the city.
